Products

• What kind of product can Laix provide?
• Amplifiers, speakers and pre-effects, and the choosable part of them, like microphones and remote controls. If your target product is not on our catalog but similar to some of them in the catalog we can also produce it if you have a sample. The sample will return if you still need it.

• What can I change on my product?
• Each product can have different configurations, you can choose them according to your budget or your target quality. Also, you can add your logos, change the color, box, printing, and material of the case. Configuration details will be fully listed in the quotation. 

Warranty

• How long is the warranty?
• 2 years to lifetime. If you place an order, any quality issues happened in 2 years, we will provide a warranty. If you keep ordering, we can provide a warranty for products even ordered for more than 2 years.

• How do you provide warranty?
• For small issues which can be totally fixed after replacing spare parts, we will provide spare part for you. For bigger issues, we will let our engineer go to your warehouse and fix it. We will pay the required fee.

Sample​

• May I have a sample first?
• Yes, we can offer sample for you to test. 

• How long will the sample takes?
• Different samples will take different time. For products we produce frequently or SDK, it can be very fast, like 3 days. The others will take more times.

• How much will I pay if I need a sample?
• You need to pay for the sample, and the shipping fee of the sample. The sample fee will return if you place an order.

• How much is the shipping fee?
• It depends on the weight of the sample and the country you receive the sample. 

• Can I add details I want on the sample?
• The sample is for you to check the quality. So if the details is for important functions, the sample will have it. But some other unimportant details like a different packing, color or printing, can only change in the formal orders.
